Hi Really happy with Cedrick the Newbond team Maria, Ryan and the woodards crew for they handled the selling of my apartment. They were easy to deal with. I handed the keys over and basically a month later it was sold and from what I can tell it sold better then other 1960s style apartments in the area in recent times which I'm very grateful for. Cedric went above and beyond to achieve a great result (exceeding the sale price of similar properties sold in the last two months in the area). Cedric made many accomodations for me and my unusual work schedule including: additional showings, late-night replies and Sunday meetings. He cleaned the unit while the sellers were interstate (I.e. vacuuming before my final inspection) and helped me access the house with his ladder when the front gate was deactivated. This is the first time I felt an agent prioritise me as buyer, even though he's contracted by the seller.

Cedric and Maria make a great team and we appreciate the straight forward approach when it came to selling our house. From start to finish it was a seamless process. As we were selling from interstate it adds a bit more stress but we were given regular updates and Cedric was always happy to answer any questions. We highly recommend Cedric and Maria and would happily use them again.
