I first met Paul when he took over the property management of my house, I regret not knowing about and using Herron property earlier. As the previous property agent / manager I was using cost me a lot of money and caused Allot of stress for myself. So, when I decided to sell, it was a no brainer to use Herron property to sell my house. Paul was very professional and realistic on my property value and explained every step of the advertising and selling process. I need to add that prior to deciding to sell and before asking Paul, I asked other agents x 3, for a property valuation, to give me an idea of the market condition and my house price range, they all valued my property at a low price point that shocked me, obviously for a quick sale, due to buyer's agents buying up property within a certain price range. I highly recommend you use Herron property to value your home and walk through the advertising and selling process with you if you are thinking of selling, it will save you thousands of dollars from under valuations / low ball appraisals given by other agents simply for quick sales.
