We have been fortunate to work with Paul for the sale of 3 properties in Darwin. Paul is an experienced professional who knows and understands the market in which he works. His point of difference is his personal approach and the integrity and honesty which underscores his advice and service. Paul has contributed to our achieving positive results in an often fluctuating market. We highly recommend Paul both professionally and personally in any real estate transaction.

Paul was recommended to me by a colleague. He was fantastic from the start - very open with us about expectations and what we needed to do to get the house ready for sale. Paul's communication with us throughout the process was excellent and he always responded quickly. He is a genuine, professional operator which made him easy to work with. The process of photos and marketing was exceptional, with Maureen helping us enormously. We had a contract 6 days after going on the market, for full asking price. We would (and have already!) highly recommend Paul if you are selling or buying in Darwin/Top End.

Paul managed my rental and its subsequent sale. Everything was hassle free and very professional and respectful. I would happily recommend Paul to everyone!

In every step of the process, Paul offered practical and realistic advice which made everything as seamless as possible. Selling from interstate was extra stressful but Paul went above and beyond to keep us informed and anticipate the next steps. At no point did we ever had to remind him or chase him for anything - he was always two steps ahead. In the end, he was able to get a great price, above our expectations, largely due to his work and patience communicating openly and honestly with potential buyers. He is also supported by a great team and contacts in the industry who made our property stand out from the rest. I wish there were more agents like Paul, I trust him and the rest of the Heron Property team with all real estate matters completely.

Paul is knowledgeable, supportive, and experienced, making the sales process smooth, quick, with no surprises, and delivering a very positive outcome.

This is the third time I have worked with Paul Heron to either buy or sell a property. I wouldn't work with anyone else. He's honest, kind, straight-talking and level headed. He works incredibly hard to generate ethical transactions, thus taking the stress and anxiety out of the sales and purchase processes. I have worked with real estate agents in four different states and Territories, and Paul is the standout right across this country. Thank you, Paul. You're a gem.

Paul's knowledge, skills, and professionalism are outstanding. Living interastate I needed an agent who was proactive and honest, and Paul made the whole selling process smooth and easy. I highly recommend Paul for anyone who is looking to sell.

Paul provided a very professional yet relaxed approach with selling our home. Our experience dealing with Paul was the most positive we’ve had selling a house. He was very honest in assessing the value of our property and was spot on with the final sale price. His partner Maureen ensured our house looked its best with the styling, providing professional photos for the listing. There was never any feeling of being rushed with either Paul or Maureen in the lead up to listing our property. We were kept informed with every open house, Paul always arriving early to ensure the house looked its best. We chose Paul because of his previous reviews, and we’re very glad we did.

Very happy with our experience with Heron Property- Paul delivered a quick seamless sale and is easy going but direct, honest and professional. He and his wife are a great team- their marketing material, photos and floor/site plans are amazing, the best in Darwin!

Paul was very professional in his approach to us keeping us well informed and going the extra mile in time taken at open houses. He understood the market which helped us to comfortably achieve best price. Great assistance was given by Paul and partner Maureen in styling the house to show it at its absolute best through the photographs and preparations. I would highly recommend Paul from Heron Property and would use him in any future property sales. Thankyou Paul

Paul has always been completely professional in our dealings. He has deep knowledge of the local market and has always been completely honest and trustworthy in his advice. I have frequently recommended him to friends and colleagues and will seek his wisdom in future real estate matters.

Paul is the most honest agent I have ever dealt with, who would always give an accurate and realistic opinion about the state of the market for both renting and selling purposes. I have dealt with many agents in my time, and Paul is definitely the most genuine and considerate, always keeping our best interests in mind.
