With His role in Sales & Business Development, Chad’s job is very multi-faceted. One minute he’ll be working alongside Chris Henry and Maddison Woodward, finding potential purchasers for homes listed with River, and guiding these clients through the purchase process; the next, he’ll be checking out a potential business opportunity or development site. Fortunately, Chad has a background that’s just as diverse – after starting out as an accountant, he moved on to study a Masters in Marketing, before finding his niche in the sales and business development side of property.
A member of the River team since September 2017, Chad brings a lot more to the party than just his skills and experience. A strategic thinker with strong business acumen, he’s great at facilitating positive outcomes and making enduring connections within the River network and beyond. And with his down-to-earth, easy going nature, Chad’s also someone who’s easy to talk to, and genuinely nice to have around. Then there’s the matter of his very impressive moustache…!
