Chad has been incredibly helpful over the last two months. Even during the time after the auction he forwarded building and plumbing contacts as well as letting me in to the property for a lengthy period of time for measuring etc. Always answered my calls or called me back within 30mins. Helpful, organised and friendly. I had no experience of any negotiating as I was a buyer at an auction. All other ratings are accurate.
