Even during the time after the auction he forwarded building and plumbing contacts as well as letting me in to the property for a lengthy period of time for measuring etc. Always answered my calls or called me back within 30mins. Helpful, organised and friendly. I had no experience of any negotiating as I was a buyer at an auction. All other ratings are accurate.
