Chad did a great job in sellning our property in difficult curcumstances. With only a few open homes we went into Covid lockdown and Chad was able to react immediatley and ensure we maintained the momentum from these and ultimatley sell pre auction. A lot of the result came down to Chads continued hard work and effort (after hours) ensuring we got the best result possible from the sale.
