Chad is the most typical yet a-typical agent you would expect: he's super friendly, smart, works hard, diligent, has a great pool of potential buyers and off-the-market vendors, and is a great communicator - in short, the full package you would hope for in a top-end, professional agent. However, he is also so a-typical in a way that unlike the typical agent who is either super pushy and deal-oriented, he is super friendly, gives the vendor and the buyers enough room and space but with just the right level of pressure.
