From the initial appointment with Chad and Danny, I had a really good vibe about their work ethics and professionalism. I did reach out to another real estate agents, but the professionalism just wasn't the same. Having sold several properties in the inner west over the last 20 years, we had just finished a major renovation on an old investment property and the time to find an agent was on. We wanted a sellers agent and not a buyers agent who would sell it in a few days.
