I had a very unique property for the location in the Central Park Estate in Deer Park. It is a large house (65 squares - 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) on a large block (795 sqms) with a premium fit out throughout the property. Despite the obstacles, Chad was able to draw a significant number of prospective purchasers to the property throughout the auction campaign. During the campaign, Chad kept me regularly informed on how the campaign was progressing.
