Long before Chadd Boucher carved out a successful career as a residential sales agent, he had a deep interest in the property market and an innate drive to help people. Now he taps into both as a property consultant at Ace Realty. Since becoming an agent in 2012, Chadd has carved out a reputation for helping his clients enjoy a stress-free real estate experience. A former physiotherapist, Chadd initially cut his teeth in real estate as a property valuer after attaining a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, majoring in property. This early insight into valuations, along with his own investment experience, gives him a deep understanding of the market and an ability to develop effective pricing strategies on behalf of his clients. Couple that insight with his down-to-earth approach and Chadd has quickly become renowned as an agent people turn to time and again when it comes to buying, selling, investing or simply understanding the state of the market. A family man with deep ties to the local community, Chadd is known for his meticulous attention to detail, hardworking ethos and stellar communication skills.
