For a long time whilst I have been looking for my forever home I saw many "For Sale" signs from Hartanto Real Estate - and know understand why! These guys are professional, communicative and very responsive and have very good market knowledge of the Winthrop / Applecross area.

We were very pleased with the speed at which the property was sold - it only being on the market for 5 days before an offer was accepted. They also connected us with excellent conveyancers and stagers. However, we were disappointed with a couple of things over the process: - The commission we had verbally agreed to early on was not honoured by Realty One. - An offer by Realty One to virtually stage the empty rooms was not fulfilled.
