For a long time whilst I have been looking for my forever home I saw many "For Sale" signs from Hartanto Real Estate - and know understand why! These guys are professional, communicative and very responsive and have very good market knowledge of the Winthrop / Applecross area.

Eric was professional and efficient with all facets of selling our property. His communication was prompt, and he was incredibly well informed regarding the local property market. I would highly recommend Eric to both sellers and buyers.

We were very pleased with the speed at which the property was sold - it only being on the market for 5 days before an offer was accepted. They also connected us with excellent conveyancers and stagers. However, we were disappointed with a couple of things over the process: - The commission we had verbally agreed to early on was not honoured by Realty One. - An offer by Realty One to virtually stage the empty rooms was not fulfilled.
