We listed our property with Chadi due to his familiarity with the suburb and friendly confident nature. Chadi was clear and logical in a pricing and marketing strategy which went off without a hitch. The house sold after the first home open at a price we were very happy with. Chadi provided great communication throughout the process and right through settlement, would happily deal with and through him again.
A little disappointing as a buyer. Keys handed over in old glass jar. Agent not present. Once at our new property sad to see previous owners moved out and left without even cleaning. Perhaps a sellers agent and not a buyers.
Chadi was fresh, enthusiastic and most of all positive in selling our house in this market. He was always cheerful and a pleasure to work with. We would recommend Chadi as a successful and proactive agent you must have for the sale of your house.
