I did not deal much with Chaminda, I mainly dealt with his partner Mark Simons. I was very happy with how everything went, very smooth and quickly. Only reason I didn't give Communication full stars because I was told the end of the street will not be opened up as a entrance to the newly built town houses. So buying into a nice quiet street as I thought will not become a very busy street. Ray White needs to research or find out correct information so the wrong information is not being told to the buyers.

Had contacted Chaminda for the sales of my house. He was well organized, on time and very update with the current market. Even though we had a very high expectation of the price Chaminda was able to explain the market trend in our area and bring us to a realistic expectation. Another challenge was us being interstate; but with help from Chaminda he was able to manage and take care of the property and get it sold within a good time frame. I highly recommend Chaminda for his professionalism and the dedication that he has shown and going above to take care of the client.

I initially selected 3 agents from different agencies and had separate interviews with all of them. This involved I asking them a set of questions based on different aspect of real-estate agents including their area knowledge, immediate past sales in the area, number of team members in the sales team, fees etc. Based on the answers, I selected Chaminda as my sales agent and I think I did make a wise decision. He was not the cheapest among the three, but the service I received from him soon justified the fee. If I sell again, I'll definitely contact him again.
