It doesn't matter what you have heard, or what you have been told about estate agents.if you want to sell a house in Lyndhurst,chaminda is the person you want.i have never seen such dedication and professionalism. This man even walks the streets dropping off flyers and talking to people.as far as selling my house goes, we had people coming through all the time.after a month on the market,i suggested to chaminda that maybe we should lower the price. He told us to give it a couple more weeks.the very next sunday,he had 2 potential buyers in his office.buy the end of that day,our house was sold and i got 25-30,000 more than what i was asking. charminda was very good the only problem i had was he didn't keep the sales board out front up to date . after it was sold i still had people coming to the door upset there wasn't a under contract sign .
