I am usually very skeptical when it comes to real estate agents, but there really was no need to be with Chantal. Chantal really went above and beyond for my wife and I and we are so very grateful. After settlement we found some problems with the electrics and we expected to have to deal with ourselves, however Chantal immediately booked us in an electrician.
