Chantal assisted my son purchase his first home. At all times she was attentive, sought out all the details, used those to assist her vendor and the purchaser agree initially on terms, and then facilitated those terms throughout the process. Some would say that is a real estate agent's role but from experience it is not seen very often - I should know as bought and sold numerous properties over the years and was a registered real estate agent for 30+years myself.
