Chantal was authentic to deal with throughout. Negotiating a suitable price was a business transaction that was straight to the point and unemotive which was what we needed when everyone is busy and time is precious. Our questions were answered promptly and we even received after hours responses if Chantal had been busy during the day. Being a first home buyer in Australia we were a little caught out by the clause that allowed the resident home owner an extra 24hrs to vacate after settlement date. Otherwise, love our new home!
