Just over 3 months from my initial consultation with Chantal to settlement was a terrific result give I spent nearly 6 weeks of that period (i.e. before my property went to market) preparing my property for presentation including re-painting and landscaping. Chantal's assistance in arranging the necessary tradespeople was greatly appreciated particularly my husband and I were both still working and had limited time to seek out the tradespeople. Chantal's knowledge of the local property market and my intentions as a genuine seller seeking only a realistic market price resulted in a sale shortly after the property went to market. It was an intense period post signing of the sale and purchase contract in meeting contract conditions and I relied heavily on Chantal to ensure that was done to the purchasers' satisfaction.
