We cannot recommend Chantel highly enough. Chantel took over the entire process of selling our rental property due to us living in Sydney. She regularly kept us up to date with the progress of all open houses and then when the sale was made. She was extremely efficient with all of the paperwork so that there were no delays or problems for either party. We had nothing but trust in Chantel when we handed over our keys and asked her to sell our property for us. Thank you again!

very friendly and helpful used chantel a few time always been very happy

Amazing service. Chantel's comprehensive market knowledge and expert guidance from property presentation to marketing to sale delivered a result that was not only beyond expectation, it was beyond belief!

Chantel has been friendly, relaxed, knowledgeable and efficient. She accommodated us wanting to look at the property a number of times. We were very satisfied with the buying negotiations. She was also able to guide us through the purchasing process with solid recommendations.

Very happy with Chantel Service, was very helpful.

Bill and I would highly recommend Chantel to any one who is looking for an agent to buy or sell their home. From our first meeting with Chantel, Bill and I were keen to pursue a little more of her philosophy on her chosen profession. We were keen to have someone on our team who acted with integrity and were honest in their conversation not only with us but prospective purchasers of our home. Chantel lived up to expectation in all our dealings in the process of preparation of our home to sell and the crucial time of Open House and genuine negotations in the sale of our home. I would recommend Chantel in a breath! Bill and Michele

From a purchases perspective. After 12 months of looking through properties every week, hundreds of kilometres, thousands of hours and dealing with many agents, Chantel was a breath of fresh air and extremely helpful in all aspects. Due to her professionalism, local knowledge, experience and the "realestate" processes. Our purchase with Chantel was relaxed, fun, genuine and enjoyable. For anyone purchasing a property and Chantel is your "agent", rest easy.

What a great experience and a great agent. My wife and I bought our first home through Chantel and she has been amazing the whole way through from start to finish.

Chantal has assisted us with buying and selling for a number of years with a variety of properties including land, a beach front unit, an investment property and a family home. With every transaction she has been honest, accomodating and professional. When we are looking to build our portfolio and the property is listed with Chantal we are relieved, as dealing with her is always uncomplicated and swift. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chantal to any buyer or sellerand we look forward to doing business with her in the future.

Chantel did a great job at managing our expectations and keeping us informed. She worked hard to achieve the best price possible for the sale of our home. It was great to have her support on the journey!

Chantel is a very professional agent who works hard for the vendor but is aware of the purchaser's requirements. She made herself readily available and we always felt confident with the process as well as for a positive outcome. She knows her properties, the local area and the state of the market, we could not be happier with our purchase and with Chantel as our agent.

Went out of her way to help me with my purchase and made the process very smooth and easy.
