We do not hesitate in recommending Chantelle, in fact, we regularly do! For an agent who goes the extra mile to close the deal and sort out the little details on her client’s behalf, she does it all with her no-nonsense, can-do attitude. Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere.
Our experience with Chantel was great. She was very informative and made our experience as first home buyers a positive and exciting one. We would highly recommend her to any future clients.

Chantel made this sale possible through her negotiating and honest and fair communication with all parties involved. Chantel was proactive in the marketing and showings with continually following up with interested buyers to ensure that the interest remained. I would recommend Chantel for her market knowledge, her respect for the vendor and buyer, her integrity in all dealings and communication and for someone who will sell your property for you in a manner that works for your own situation.
Chantel provided exceptional service to us throughout the sale of our property. She has a keen eye for detail and high end property finishes which she conveyed perfectly in the marketing of our property. Chantel developed a high level of relationship building both with us and our buyers. Chantel is engaging, passionate and seeks perfection in all her work. Chantel brings something unique to her clients, and that's her ability to provide a personalised experience when selling your home. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Chantel to our friends as she is an amazing agent.
If you are after an agent who calls a spade a spade and just gets the job done (aren't we all??) Chantelle is the agent for you. She is such a likeable personality that we wanted to remain friends after the sale. No wonder she is so popular. Chantelle you are such a rare find - a brilliant agent, no- nonsense negotiator and all round lovely person. Thank you!
Chantel proved herself to be professional at all times and always worked towards achieving the best outcome for us.
Chantel made selling our home a very pleasant experience. Her great "bubbly" but genuine personality gave us confidence in all she advised us to do. It was our first big move in life and what we thought would be a daunting experience became a pleasant experience thanks to Chantel. What a legend. Cheers, Lyn & John Cleverly

Chantel worked really hard over the Christmas period to ensure maximum exposure for my property. She managed to achieve an excellent result and I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and should I need to sell another property, I would certainly give her an opportunity to list the property.
