Experience was ok, communication or lack of, several times i had very little or no Feed back after open house inspections and private inspections, i had to call to ask how it went. Several times i had calls from agents asking if i could go and unlock the front door to my house when they had open or private inspections as they left the key at the office.. Other then that the experience was a little disappointing but in the end got a sale quite a bit less then i wanted and what i was told i would get.. but a sale was made finally after 4 months or more but im sure if covid didnt happen it possibly would have sold a bit quicker. Chari was good on his behalf but the other agents from Barry Plant i had to deal with during the process were less then professional and i would never use them again due to this experience.
