as my review title says i am 94yrs old and was thinking i would never sell my house, have been in it for 70 years now and it seemed like a nightmare to comprehend, chari took us by the hand and made sure we were happy to do what happened which was sell my house. I am glad chari kept me on track or else i would have faltered and thought it all abit too hard. I am now looking forward to a smaller residence and less time to be spent on the garden but just enough to keep me busy.

We were impressed by Chari’s knowledge of the area and his approach when appraising our property. We have now known him to be honest and hard working when it came to our property.

I first made contact with Chari when calling about the property, the one I have now purchased. Primarily Chari was prompt and professional. He called me back very quickly after leaving a message and we made an appointment to view this property as I was going away so he arranged a single viewing for me which was great. Meeting him there he allowed me to look around and we spoke about the area and what my plans were. After this he never called or harassed me for my initial interest in the property which I liked because I think he knew he was going to sell it so for him it was just basically a matter of time, regardless of who it was. Upon returning from a journey away a saw that the property was still for sale so thought, bonus! Deciding I was going to buy it I called him back and we made an appointment, I went in with a price in mind. Chari hobbled out as he had hurt his back as he described, as much pain as he was in he still did his job so I admired his work strong ethic. For my first real bargaining process it was very fast, I told him what I wanted to pay, he knew what the client wanted and I feel we met in the middle somewhere. He really did the best for both of us however my future negotiations will not be as compromising; this was a good lesson. Chari confirmed the sale and shook my hand, very professional. After this I've been pretty much palmed off to the people in his team; was asked by them if I wanted a photo of myself putting up the sold sign on the house advert for which was never delivered even when twice made contact to do it. This disappointed me. Chari has contacted me a few times since then with minor inquires and appointments made but someone else turns up as he had other appointments. Fair cop he is a busy estate agent but some face to face after sales service would have been nice; ol'well he has his team. Overall the experience has been good but Chari could be a bit more attentive to post sales service, Thanks Chari for my first home
