Terrible!!! Terrible experience and terrible sales agent Chari Emirzade. He didnt acknowledge or respond to my emails and wasted my time, pulling out all the stops to make the sale as difficult as possible! His unprofessionalism extended to using emotional blackmail and threatening me after he got things wrong. When settlement went through, they failed to handover the key to the front door and didn’t take any notice of my instructions from the presettlement inspection to ensure the remaining furniture in and around the house was removed and property was left completely empty The icing on the cake was not being given a settlement gift. Worst buying experience, and would not buy or sell through them ever again! I would never recommend Barry Plant to anyone!

Chari and his team have been nothing short of amazing for helping us sell our first home. Chari made the process so much easier without a hitch, from the apprasel to putting the property on the market, then selling it with only a couple of weeks we couldn't be more happy & appreciative for everything they have done.

Overall we had an ok experience with Chari and his team, however we did have a bit of a unique property that we put forward to him to sell and we also did discuss putting in more funds to bring it up to a standard to reach our anticipated selling price. We were advised that they would be able to get near our price asking of $330K. Well let’s just say that the houses where listed and opening offers started coming in well below this price. A final selling price was finally agreed upon at $295K. A lot less that his confidence in getting our asking price of $330K. I would recommend his service for those selling a finished house as his contact base is very large and he is a great for negotiation with buyers. However he did over sell himself this time round on this property.

Chari went above and beyond to come up with a fabulous strategy that sold our property for over the amount we where chasing..
