Charles Ealdama's passion for property has not changed since the day he started. Since entering the industry in 2009, Charles commenced his career in property management and gained valuable experience in his 5 years as a property manager. In late 2015, Charles took the challenge to jump straight into Sales and has not looked back. He is grateful for the transition he made from property management to sales. Charles believes the day to day activities of a property manager and the requirement to be highly organised in the role has given him the head start he needed in sales. With thorough local knowledge, exceptional communication & negotiation skills, Charles has the expertise to sell your property in confidence. Charles has earned a reputation for going above and beyond for his clients through his passion for connecting people to property. He is driven in assisting people through one of the most important time in their lives, buying and selling property. Outside real estate Charles enjoys most of his time with his partner & 2 kids. He loves staying active & keeping fit through league basketball twice a week.

Efficient & Good Communications

It was a pleasure dealing with Charles. He is a good communicator and easily reachable. When a small issue occurred (through no fault of his or the Vendor) he worked to get it sorted straight away. I highly recommend Charles and the team at Waterfront Real Estate.
