We first met Charlie when attending an Open Home at a different property to the one we ended up purchasing. We were attracted to the characteristics and uniqueness of the home, but it didn't tick all our boxes. Good communication skills, both in person and via email/text messages (might I mention his particular use of emojis), meant that we were always kept up to date and supported throughout the whole process, whilst having a bit of fun along the way. I was very impressed by Charles, not having meet him, the day the house was listed he sold my home within 3 hours and had a contract by 7pm that very same night.
