Charles was the agent selling the dream property we've just purchased. He was great to deal with, from the first inspection right through to handing us the keys. Charles was knowledgeable, communicated well, organised and unlike many agents, ethical and trustworthy. I always felt like he was doing right by both us and the seller and he worked hard to keep everybody appraised and up to date. I look forward to using Charles to sell our current house and would absolutely work with him in the future!
