Friendly and responsive

Charlie was friendly, approachable, kind and efficient. He responded to all of our questions and provided enough information for us to make decisions. He facilitated additional inspections we needed and gave us the impression that he was there to support us through to the end of the process. He also shared a lot of information about the area in which we bought.
