I was in the market for a 2 bedroom apartment when I went to a listing that Charles was showing in an inspection. Immediately, he gave me the impression that he was trustworthy. He spoke great english to me and chinese to my parents. I was sold by his enthusiasm and humour throughout the initial inspection. When we had put in an offer and went for a second inspection, he made sure to ask questions about what I wanted in an apartment and things to look out for when buying a Meriton apartment. He also made suggestions as to how to elevate the style of the rooms and was extremely kind and considerate. Every time I had concerns or questions and messaged him, he would always reply AND call back, no matter what time. It was insane to think he would be so attentive to his clients but he made sure I knew about every update.
