I would fully recommend Charlie as an agent. His knowledge of the property we were looking at but also the surrounding properties in the area. My wife and i both felt very comfortable with Charlie as he gave us all the information without trying to hard sell us which left us feeling relaxied about our decision. Agents need to be genuine easy going people because we have seen to many that have a fake personality that automatically makes you feel uncomfortable. This was NOT the case with Charlie. We will be definitely be using Charlie on my next purchase
