I would rate Todd 6 stars out of 5 based on his expertise of the local and general property market, excellent communication skills, proactiveness and focus on delivering the best outcome. Our apartment was sold after only 17 days on the market. I researched several other real estate companies before I chose Shelter and know that I went with the right company. They have excellent agents, support staff, partner companies, modern systems and integrity. It's a fresh approach to real estate.
