Charlie has been very helpful during the process of purchasing the house, the moment we called him to ask about the house, he came to give us an insepection at 7:30pm on the same day, and he helped us to negotiate the offer which within our price range. Also, when we want to measure the size for purchasing the furniture, he was very happy to come to give us another inspection.
