His guidance and empathy is very much appreciated especially for a first time seller such as myself, he told me what to look out for and how to prepare the home for inspection, which is very helpful and made the preparation less intimidating. He is respectful, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. I am very grateful to have met him and worked with him. I’d give him 10 out of 10!

Shiven is very helpful, informative, transparent, honest, communicative, hard-working, kind, approachable and an absolute pleasure to work with. I am so grateful for everything that he has done, he walked me through the whole process with patience and it has made the whole process very smooth. He gave me advice based on his experience and I’m very comfortable following his advice and guidance because he is also open for inputs and keeps checking in. He was honest and transparent; he is approachable, friendly, professional, respectful and polite; he made me feel very comfortable and safe right from the start. The process was way quicker than I expected, he managed to help me sold my apartment almost 10% over the highest asking price range and he also negotiated the strict settlement period to a more suitable timeframe for me, which really shows how much he cares, how hard working he is and how trust worthy and reliable he is. I can not communicate how amazing he is and how grateful I am to have had the pleasure of having him as my agent. Score: 10 out of 10!!!
