We recently sold though Charlie and the team at Buxton in Oakleigh and couldn't be happier. Charlie is utterly professional, keeps to his word and is super engaging with prospective buyers which only enhances the buying experience for them and the selling experience for you. I'd have no hesitation in using Charlie again to sell my next home
Charlie was amazing. He helped me so much he was always available to answer any of my queries. He has an incredible team, his assistant Maria was fabulous. His stylist, handman, painters. All so good at their jobs. Charlie doesn't under quote so when people come to view your property they know what they need to pay. He gets great results because he does have the best interests of the seller at heart. He will be selling my next property also. I would recommend him to all.
Charlie was a wealth of knowledge and experience when selling our home in Oakleigh. Highly recommend for his professionalism, sales skills and contacts.
I highly recommend Charlie, and the Buxton Oakleigh team. Their knowledge of the property market, their communication skills and their guidance through the sale process were exceptional. I put my trust in Charlie and the team, followed their advice and they delivered a fantastic result.
Charlie was all class from the time we engaged him. He guided us very well from the start, making sure we understood the current market conditions. We never actually needed to list the property and Charlie was able to find the right buyer from within his own network in a very short period of time. A brilliant outcome for all, and reflecting Charlie’s expertise and unparalleled knowledge of the Oakleigh area!
We couldn’t be happier with Charlie as our agent. He was very professional, great communicator, always responded quickly to us and to the buyers. He went above and beyond making sure everything went smoothly and even though the house has now sold he is continually helping both us and buyers to make sure everything is smooth for settlement. Thank you so much!!!
Charlie was up to date with the local market and had a very pleasant, friendly persona . He was able to explain things well and put everything into perspective for me. I felt he was very approachable and respectful of my concerns.
We are ecstatic we had Charlie as our agent. The whole process from start to finish was completely seamless and stress free. What I valued the most about Charlie was that he always answered our calls, was very adaptive to any changes we requested and always remained professional. His extensive knowledge of the market allowed him to negotiate with potential buyers accordingly which resulted in securing 30K over our asking price. We couldn't be happier with his services, a true professional but above all, a great man who always went up and beyond for us.. Forget everyone else, this is the guy you want to sell your property!!
Charlie was very helpful in advising me how to present my property. Throughout the marketing/sales campaign Charlie was reliable, hard-working, honest and professional. He maintained regular contact and kept me well informed. He is a very positive person and a pleasure to work with.
Charlie has been amazing on marketing and selling my property to get the best price for me. He is my suburb specialist, trustworthy, and great communicator with both myself and the buyers. He also considerate to look after little things of selling my property where needed which makes the selling process smoothly.
Charlie was wonderful to work with. He made everything very simple to navigate and was very reliable throughout the process.
Charlie is extremely personable and professional. Immediately felt comfortable discussing my needs and expectations for the sale of my property. He took the time to understand and provide options and guideline of options and processes. Excellent communication was maintained throughout from presale, during and post sale. Ultimately, he got the job done with a great result. I couldn’t of chosen a better agent! Thanks Charlie (and Buxton team)
