We interviewed two real estate agents and it was hard to select - in the end it came down to who and how properties were being sold in Oakleigh. Charlie has exceptional knowledge of the Oakleigh market. He is not only our Agent, but was Auctioneer on the day. Everything that we spoke about prior to going on the market, preparing the home for photos and sale, auction day and beyond were delivered. Our home was passed in on auction day and we then moved on to private sale with a set price. Charlie never wavered from this and in a falling market, Charlie saw things through. We opened our home to 19 private viewings, open house every Saturday for many weeks.......He enticed prospective buyers, followed them up until we got a sale that we are extremely happy about. During this time, I spoke with Charlie every week, sometimes 3-4 times. We got updates after every open house or private viewings. Charlie went the extra mile and changed our leading photo for our house on several occasions so that it wasn't just same same when people were looking online.
