Selling a property is an emotional experience at the best of times. However many people like me are now faced with the difficult but necessary decision to sell their parents homes to fund the costs of nursing home accommodation and the associated and ever increasing medical costs involved with our parents care. When we decided to sell our home of 17 years I asked Charlie and his team to come and talk to us. From the outset I was impressed by not only his market knowledge and ideas for a sale's strategy but also his pleasant, honest, non-pushy and friendly demeanour. You can hear a lot of negative talk about real estate agents being arrogant, pushy, self interested and even dodgy, but I have to say categorically that Charlie does not fit that mould in the slightest.
