Charlie is exceptional at what he does. He handles most of the premium listings in the area, seems to know everyone and their dog, often having sold them their home years prior or similar. He will tell you things straight, even if its not what you want to hear. Won't lie to you about the sale price to trick you into listing with him. Is pragmatic about what to do and spend on marketing etc. Just good advice all round. Importantly, in a very stressful process, Charlie is always friendly, caring and very responsive. Having bought and sold our home with him, we know he treats the buyers the same way too, including after the deal is done! Overall a great guy, and my only regret with using him as the agent to sell our place, is that we're moving away from Oakliegh so probably won't see him around again for a while.
