We recently purchased a 3 bedroom home from Charles at Hope Valley. Throughout the process Charles was honest and fair in his negotiations on behalf of the buyer. It was clear to us that Charles had the best interest of the seller in mind. Unfortunately for both us and Charles there were a few issues with the seller. She did not move for 12 hours past settlement meaning we could not get in to our new house on settlement day. When we did finally get in there were items left behind and the house was generally filthy and hadn’t been cleaned since the open inspections. The seller has still refused to collect the remaining items leaving us in an awkward position. Despite all of these issues Charles did his very best to rectify them where possible even paying for part of the cleaning bill himself. This demonstrates Charles commitment to a fair purchase process for all involved. I would highly recommend Charles as a real estate agent for either purchase or sale.
