We were very impressed with Charlotte, she is bubbly, confident and easygoing but always professional. The fact that she lived in the area was a real positive for us. With the lockdown in progress full open house inspections were not permitted which led to a lot of angst and some hard decisions for all concerned but we decided to go ahead with one on one inspections and as a result we sold within a week without putting it on the market (only on Elders site). We had no problems with Charlotte's communication which was always clear and precise. Another real plus was that she laughed at my jokes!! We look forward to taking her and her husband out to dinner.
