There is no one place to start in telling you about Charmaine Pienko, but I suppose the beginning would be when we were interested in a property for which we ended up being the under-bidders. Throughout this process Charmaine was professional, responsive, timely, supportive and obliging. At no time did we feel that any request was too much. As an under-bidder, the 'loss' was a great disappointment but Charmaine was determined to assist us! She knew the right property would come along and took the 'fatigue' out of the searching process by remembering what we were after and sending texts over many months, alerting us to potential properties. Ultimately, if it wasn't for Charmaine, we wouldn't have found the property we ended up buying, as SHE saw in it what we were after...we just hadn't considered the location. And so, after lots of 'hanging about' this neighbouring suburb, we realised it was a place where we would be happy to live.
