I was impressed with the professionalism of Charmaine when she came with Summer to my house for the initial meeting to discuss the potential sale of my property. She explained the sales process and what to expect and I was particularly pleased that Charmaine and Summer were both so down to earth and knowledgeable as I had experienced agents before that were big on spiel but not so big on knowledge of their field. I appreciated the feedback that Charmaine gave me throughout the sale process and overall I found that she and her agency as a whole conducted the whole matter with decency and integrity which was what I wanted.
