Charmayne Dulley

Both the agents were great at communicating and provided constant updates on the prospective buyers.

Sold my property via private sale.

Charmayne was fantastic to work with. She got me a great price, off market and during winter. Say less.

I live in Sydney and was hoping to find a property in Melbourne to be my forever home. Charmayne made this a seamless and, lovely journey from our first phone encounter , successful in buying and after the contract was exchanged. As a buyer , I had looked for months in 2 states and my the calibre of a Charmayne’s professionalism is excellent.

Working with Charmayne from Belle was a very smooth and uncomplicated process. Charmayne was very professional and gave incredible output on reaching a satisfactory outcome. This was reached within 4 weeks ! I would highly recommend Charmayne and the team from Belle Property.

Very much appreciated the constant communication, patience, and flexibility with our offers/inspection times, and overall discussions.
