They were always professional, communicative and responsive to calls and messages, and went above and beyond to answer my questions and organise extra inspections of the property I eventually purchased. I appreciated that they were friendly and warm, and never made me feel pushed or pressured to make any decisions.

Wally and the Belle team were excellent! I wish we had enlisted their skills from the beginning. I slept soundly the whole campaign knowing we were in such trustworthy, capable hands. Wally’s not your typical suit wearing, name dropping, commission skimmer. His RM’s have actually seen dirt- he memorably went the extra mile and mowed the lawns before one open for inspection! Wally’s use of social media, including TikTok and Instagram really helped build approachability and pushed the property into a whole new audience. All the way through, it felt like Wally was showcasing the beauty of our home, not marketing himself or the Belle brand. Our successful sale is such a credit to Wally and the Belle team. Thank you.

No I don’t want any comments published as I was disappointed with the referral to Michelle & Co Property who did the maintenance of my unit. Wally did assist me with the communication with Dean however it was not the experience I anticipated. I wouldn’t recommend this company and use them in the future. Re the expected sale price also it was no where near what we discussed and below what I was hoping for. Wally was however very easy to deal and did a great job at the auction considering weather conditions and minimal interest through the campaign. Just feedback I chose Belle Armadale and Wally as I was selling a unit which they have the captured market in Windsor. My decision was not based on commission.

Both Lauchlan and Alex were excellent in setting up the property for being ready for presentation and sale. We had a buyer's agent assist us as we live interstate. The Belle agent had emailed us with a "first to see" property which we liked and then found that the same agent had another "first to see" property that we also liked. After contacting the agent, he offered to take videos of both at the open inspections that day, which he did and forwarded to us. Our buyer's agent also attend in person and we made an offer on our preferred property shortly thereafter.
