And she did get us a really good price for the current market. She was very patient with our situation and worked very hard to get it sold. Chay was also very helpful in getting yard maintenance set up for us during a period where we had to temporarily leave the property, and even went and emptied our bins and watered our plants, so she really does go above and beyond.
