She also talked through each property and how they compared to ours, which gave us a good idea of where the market was at that time. We thought her appraisal was very realistic, and not exaggerated just to win her business. Then, she gave us a range of prices that suited our property and asked for our input about how we’d like to price our property, which we appreciated. We always felt very comfortable communicating with Chay, as she always replied promptly, and we felt we could ask her anything, and she would treat any queries professionally. When offers started coming in Chay definitely had our best interests at heart, and was always trying to achieve the highest price we could for our property, rather than trying to make a quick sale.
