This was a very difficult time for me, as I had just lost my mother & now needed to sell her house. I really had no experience in this field at all. I know most of the Agents in the area, some I'm good friends with. the decision to choose Cheeky was because he was genuine, didn't try to sell me a dream, he provided valuable and honest opinion from the start and maintained the same position through the process, which was extremely difficult as the house was tenanted with a family of 8 kids and had a lease until July 2023. so we didn't think it was going to sell. ultimately we got very close to what we wanted which was a very fair result given the situation of the property, his communication and regular contact made us feel at ease throughout the whole process.
