An authentic and great communicator!

We sold at a difficult time (in the current economy in mid-2026!) and despite the market conditions, we can confidently say that Chee-ky and team (Sa Nguyen especially) did their absolute best to help us navigate selling the house. They made the best of a bad situation. We had heard so many mixed reviews of agents in our area so it was a pleasure to meet Chee-ky and from the beginning he was completely authentic and there was no "salesman tactics". I asked for honesty in our communication and he was honest. He also had many words of wisdom to share with us from his years of experience so we counted ourselves lucky to have him. I would unreservedly recommend the Barry Plant Noble Park team and Chee-ky and Sa in particular. We would use them again if we were buying or selling in the area!!
