This was a very difficult time for me, as I had just lost my mother & now needed to sell her house. I really had no experience in this field at all. A huge thank you to Cheeky for being supportive, understanding & professional, he explained the procedure & constantly kept me up to date each week on how to proceed. This being whether we needed to go to auction increase or decrease the price etc. I could not have asked for a better estate agent, he strived to get the best price in trying times, with the home loan interest rates rising quickly.
