Cheryl was an excelent Property Consultant. Nothing was too much trouble. This was my third time selling and buying and Cheryl was by far the best agent that i have had. It was a pleasure to do business with her and i would highly recomend her.

I found the service Cheryl shown to me in difficult circumstances ie Covid for period of sale of my unit in a restricted sales environment ie Westside retirement village, over 50,s could not be rented which meant investment market could not purchase from April 2021 to February 2022 was very difficult. Many possible interested parties were not able to view because of Covid restrictions. As a West Australian wanting to return to WA - had to leave unit vacant from 28th September when the borders to WA were closed. This required much patience by Cheryl and additional work to normal sale.
