Cheryl set our expectations right regarding the sale price and the selling processing. She has great knowledge of the market and market trends. Cheryl stood by us throughout what was a difficult time evicting our tenant (months and months). She was always encouraging. There were three offers/contracts of which two fell through. Cheryl spent a lot of time working on those and did not get discouraged when they did not come to fruition. She had a great initialitive to continue with the open for inspections when she felt that the previuos "buyer" will not go through with the contract (which happened). She was able to secure another buyer very quickly. We want to thank Cheryl for all the support and for selling our house!
