Cheryl set our expectations right regarding the sale price and the selling processing. She has great knowledge of the market and market trends. Cheryl stood by us throughout what was a difficult time evicting our tenant (months and months). She was always encouraging. There were three offers/contracts of which two fell through. Cheryl spent a lot of time working on those and did not get discouraged when they did not come to fruition. She had a great initialitive to continue with the open for inspections when she felt that the previuos "buyer" will not go through with the contract (which happened).
